My husband and I, over the past 40 years have purchased many vehicles for us as well as our children. It was always a stressful experience. We were impressed with Jill Merriam's ad on the radio so we took many vehicles for us as well as our children. It was always a stressful experience. We were impressed with Jill Merriam's ad on the radio so we took an hour ride from our home to see what key hyuandi had to offer. In the past, we dealt with "vulcher" salesman and rude service managers, so we were expec ting that again. NOT SO. We were greeted by Angela Bailen, who made us feel right at home, with no pressure. She asked us our needs and presented a fair price for our Hyuani vehicle we were trading in. Keep in mind, we were" looking", had no intention of buying that day. We found a vehicle that was perfect for us. ANGELA took us for a test drive and when we returned we were so impressed she was so knowledgeable about everything on the, it was amazing. She brought us to the service department, mechanics were actually very nice. Everyone from the financial advisors, cashiers and other salespeople, very friendly. Needless to say, we bought this beautiful vehicle. We picked it up today and Angela took the time to go over the vehicle again to make sure we were comfortable. She showed us a video of options for servicesthey we could purchase. If it wasn' for Angela, we probably wouldn't have purchased when we did. She was so informative that there was no reason to go home and talk about it, it was a done deal. In our opinion Angela is a lovely young lady who has taken the time to learn everything she needs to know and deliver this information to the customer. She is an asset to Jill at Key Hyundai and an asset to Hyundai Corporation. We will take the hour drive whenever we need service, Angela has made it a worthwhile trip. I was quite a difficult customer for Jason. This was my first car purchase, I wanted to buy a car with a manual transmission, and he didn't have any in stock. I drove the car in an automatic, but clearly first car purchase, I wanted to buy a car with a manual transmission, and he didn't have any in stock. I drove the car in an automatic, but clearly I couldn't buy the car without test driving the manual. Unfortunately, Jason wanted me to leave a deposit to bring the car to the dealer for a test drive. Since I was still considering several other cars, I declined and sought my test drive elsewhere. I received a very competitive offer from the dealer at which I completed my test drive, but Jason was able to beat it. When I decided to go through with the purchase, Jason helped me through every step of the process. He answered all of my many questions, helped me get financing when the bank declined my loan application, and recommended an insurance broker who got me a deal within an hour after regular business hours. Not to mention that he did it all with a polite demeanor, positive attitude, and a smile. Though I initially thought he was a touch pushy to ask for a deposit for a test drive, I was glad that I came back to do business with him. More
