I want to let everyone know about the work and respect that dealership shows to there customers. I have work at dealers myself for over 30 years and i can say that the dealer that i presently work for nee that dealership shows to there customers. I have work at dealers myself for over 30 years and i can say that the dealer that i presently work for needs to learn from these guys. first of all the product sells itself . there is only one reason the warranty is so long is they don' t break down. These are cars are well built ,tec design for today's spec and are far better than the higher price cars of today. this is my third Hyundai that I own and yes the first one was the early days when you threw them away. but time's have change and there the best deal in town and this dealer is really is for the people. we walk in and jason met me at the door ,he was not pushy ask if could help. he gave a few minute's to look around and while looking I was trying to work out my plan to beat this guy up on a price and well there was no need. we sat down and they made me a offer better than I was going to ask for. when came to making the deal he knew everything about the product, was respectful of my concerns, was able to answer every question that I was asking and didn't throw a sale's pitch in with the answer. that shows respect that he has to his customers. even when I threw a wrench in on the deal the next day most dealers would have taken me for my money this guys said no problem and they honor the deal that was made the night before. they just me to be comfortable with what I was paying for and to know that I was treated fare. I can't say enough about the man. jill don't lose this one he will treat your customers with respect and you by doing his job well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. as for the future I will never go anywhere else to purchase my cars . and there service dept second to none great job Jason keep up the good work looking foward when we purchase our forth Hyundai. More

When I entered Key Hyundai I was greeted by Don. I wasn't sure I was ready to purchase a new car since my other Hyundai was working well. I had received a mailing from Key which is what brought me do wasn't sure I was ready to purchase a new car since my other Hyundai was working well. I had received a mailing from Key which is what brought me down. Don was very friendly and engaging. He quickly showed me that I would be able to afford a new vehicle and off we went for a test drive. What Don didn't know was that I hate test driving cars with people I don't know. But honestly I wasn't nervous at all with him in the car. After some more number crunching and some snacks and drinks which he offered to me I was sold. I have never bought a vehichle on my own and he has made this process for me one of the best experiences ever. I really appreciated all the time he spent making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I also appreciate the calls after the purchase to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Thanks Don. When I read reviews, I typically scroll to the bottom, first so, I'll save you the trouble and tell you we ended up purchasing a 2013 Sonata Hybrid Limited and we're loving it! Now, to go back and star first so, I'll save you the trouble and tell you we ended up purchasing a 2013 Sonata Hybrid Limited and we're loving it! Now, to go back and start at the beginning ... We brought our 2007 Sonata in for a minor service and were checking out the show room vehicles while we waited. We sat in several and then spotted the new 2013 Sonata Hybrid that was parked just outside of the showroom, by the front door. It was stunning! Don came out to answer questions which I had a ton of. He was very patient with me and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. For my wife, it was love at first site with this gorgeous black dream car so, I knew it would be down to 'the deal' and if we could find a way to afford it. We had two Hyundai's ... the 2007 Sonata which had a total of 23,500 miles and the 2011 Accent with only 24,000 miles on it. The low miles are because I work from my home and my wife's company is only 7 miles away. We love to take long road trips across the country but lately, the price of gas has stopped those so, the hybrid would solves that problem. Also, I realized we didn't need two cars with two insurance payments, and twice the upkeep, etc. Don was understanding and worked out very equitable trade-ins for us, as well as the loyalty discounts, etc. Since both cars were regularly serviced by Key, the trade in evaluation was on the spot. The entire process was quite painless. Don worked very hard to get everything to a price level we were comfortable with and could afford. Again, no pressure tactics, just straight forward, honest work. I can't recommend Don, enough! Don also took the time to introduce us to Mike Bianchi, his manager. The entire crew was friendly and offered to help us in any way that they could. Next we did the actual signing with Jonathan Buttero who patiently explained the loan documents, clearly and answered all of my questions. Then it was back to Don who took us through all of the cars documentation and then sat and setup the customized setting on the Navigation system, etc.. I particularly appreciated his expertise because I've never used this kind of system and had thought it would be a challenge ... and thanks to him, it wasn't! We've already used half of the 17.5 gallon tank of gas (Thanks to Key's fill up!) and have driven 308 miles and still have half of the tank! The car's display indicates we have averaged 33.5 mpg which, is already a great savings and I'm told this will improve with time as the car breaks in. This hybrid is amazing! Hyundai gave us the Blue Link Assurance package for 3 years along with a trial of the other levels of Blue Link for 3 months. This lets us navigate around traffic and have voice command of all of the Navigation systems and much more. One thing that really impressed me with this hybrid was how spacious it is. I'm 'sit tall' (shoulder to shoulder with my 6' 5" friend) and find that I still have head room in the new Sonata ... without reclining my seat! This is one of the few vehicles that has ever fit me so well! It's also, "quiet as a church mouse", as Don told us. I've ridden in many cars and never found one to be this quiet! Previously, I've bought many cars both used and new from many dealers. My wife will tell you that I can't stand typical 'Car Salesman' that try to manipulate you. I've had many bad experiences before so, maybe I was do for a good one? In any case, I'd have to rank this experience with Don Jones to be the best one that I've ever had! We're loving our new Hybrid Sonata! More
Don Jones made the process of purchasing my new vehicle extremely fast and efficient. I believe he fully utilized his expertise of the business by searching for all applicable discounts and rates eligible for a young driver such as myself. I did not believe I was eligible for the price range of the car in question, but Don was able to offer me a six year, low interest payment plan with exemplary vehicle protection and maintenance benefits. Being a 20 year old, college student and military member with a short credit history buying their first car, this has been an unbelievably great experience. The car drives wonderfully, has great gas mileage and will last for many years to come. I am extremely pleased, and will certainly forward interested buyers to him and this dealership. The employees work hard, are friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. More
I called and spoke with Mike on SUnday morning (April 28th) after having just purchased a car the day before from another delaership. Mike asked if I could come in he would see what he could do to help me. My wife and I arrived at the dealership about 30 minutes later. Much like the weekend prior, jason was there to greet us. We sat down and he spoke with us about what we were looking to do. A bit later Mike sat down and looked at my paperwork from the other dealership and spoke to us at great length about our options. At this point, my wife mentioned about possibly trading her car in (2007 PT Cruiser) to make a potential deal work out for the better. With all the numbers flying around and high numbers then expected in regards to monthly payments, I was about to have an anxiety attack. Both Mike and John from finance (especially Mike) gave of their time to work out a deal that would not only calm my nerves, but ease the strain of the monthly auto bill. They made sure that I fully understood all the numbers, and what I could do to safe extra money with future payments. If it weren't for the willingness of the manchester crew to spend valuable time with me and see me through a difficult situation, I would have wound up walking away because of my uncertainty. At any rate, I know this is all confusing, so let me get to the end of this story. I've never been treated this well by anyone from a car dealership. I left knowing that I got a fair deal and that I would without a douby recommend Key of Manchester to everyone that I or my wife know. I would also truly thank Mike and Jason for the time they spent talking with me and figuring what they could do to make me comfortable in my mind. I feel they should both be given employees of the month, or at least be given special recognitions. If I my car ever needs to be traded in, I will in fact be back to Key of Manchester. The above reasons are why I gave the five star ratings that I did. More
Jason and Mike went above and beyond with our experience at Key Hyundai. They listened to our problem and worked VERY hard to get my husband into a car that he could afford and wanted to drive. This team was definetely "problem solvers" and "solution solvers" without being pushy or trying to make us sign something we didnt want to. My husband was very stressed over a prior deal with a car dealership and these two gentleman gave him the time to make a decision he could deal with and be happy with. There was no pressure involved and we felt that they had our best interests at heart. I have already given out Jason's cards to family memeber s and friends and we will ALWAYS come back to this dealership to work with these 2 men when we decide again to purchase another car for our family. I cannot say enough about Jason and Mike and the team work they provided for us along with compassion, a true grasp of someone who was going through a hard time, and a feeling of friendship that went beyond their work at this dealership. This was my second purchase from Key Hyundai of Manchester and I can honestly say it was one of the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Don was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, straight-forward, and customer-friendly. He was very easy to talk with and he explained all my options in details which gave me a good feeling of not hesitating in making my purchase. He took the time to listen to my concerns, which was mainly a budget I wanted to stick with and what my options were in trading in my 2010 Hyndai Elantra. He was not pushy or overbearing, and I felt no pressure in anyway. I gave him an idea of what kind of car I was looking to trade my car for and he showed several cars which I could choose from which would best suit my needs. He went over the prices for the cars, and to see which car would fit within my budget. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns I had and made sure that I understood all that he discussed with me. He made the experience of purchasing a car very easy. After leaving to return within a week I had no doubt in my mind in making my final decision in purchasing the car. During the transaction, Don went over every detail about the car, such as my loan, my payments, and most importantly maintenance. He allowed me to ask him as many questions or concerns that I had and made me feel comfortable while closing the deal. After the deal was closed he followed up with me in a couple of days to see how I liked my new car and if I had any additional questions or concerns. He even made sure that my first service appointment is schedule which no other sales consultant had one before. Being a female, sometimes we tend to forget that certain maintenance needs to be done to keep the car running properly therefore with him explaining all that I had a lot of confident in making my decision in purchasing my 2013 Elantra. Key Hyundai of Manchester and Don Jones have greatly exceeded my expectations in making my decision. I would definetely recommend this dealer as well as Don to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. This was a positive experience compared to my first purchase in 2010. More
