For all the bad rap and bad jokes about a used car salesman this dealership is just that!!! The sales person was sitting in between the door to the outside and the door into the dealership. The second we opened the door she jumped on us like a mad dog. Our credit was not the best so we were looking for a reasonably used priced car. They did not allow us to walk the lot...they chose a car for us.. They wrote everything down on a white piece of paper... Like they used to i the 1980's. back and forth with the manager in th center of the floor...etc. we test drive the car. Did I tell to you that the sales person Anglea didn't even Introduce herself as a sales person. It was during the test drive that she formally introduced herself. The whole time I had a sinking feeling in my gut about this dealership. Given our credit situation and the disparate need for a car as my car was dead, we started the process to purchase. After visiting other dealerships we decided not to go with Key. We went in and when we told the sales person, her response "do you realize that I gave up two sales today waiting for you to come in"... When we told her we were sorry, we change our mind we asked for our deposit back, she said yes we just have to Put in for a check request. Then the financial manager comes out and tells us ..sorry u don't get your deposit back. Isnt that your signature... sprry you lose you dont get it back. i stated the price in the form was not what we had agreed to and that even the pen used to change the price was a different color and a different handwriting. Wen we looked at the purchase agrreement we noticed the numbers had been changed... $4300 higher than what we agreed to ..when we pushed back he took a red magic marker started marking up all over our paperwork.. Like a three year old having a temper tantrum. Then he tells me there is no one else I can talk to when the sales manager was across the room. We asked to speak to him. The sales manager came over again said no you don't get your deposit back. He then accused us of lying about the reason we were not getting the car.. As tensions were building we ended up having a heated argument in the middle of the showroom. He then told me he contacted the bank and he knew we were going with a other dealership and that he knew all the details.. He then starts bad mouthing the other dealership, insulting us and contined to fight with us. So this dealership was monitoring my activity and other negotiations with the bank and other dealerships. WHat the xxxx. That is my personal business but he was electronically stalking me and what my husband and I were dong with the bank. WHO DOES THAT? He said he knew everything and everyone we had spoken to. BUT yet he had me sign a privacy agreement. WHAT A HOAX/SCAM. They entitle themselves to my private financial information and credit applications elsewhere, they fight with me and they change the price of the purchase agreement... BAD BUSINESS. He refused to give us anything in writing saying we were going to get our deposit back..but when mt husband went back In to check it looked like he was completing the form. Time will tell. We have notified the states attorneys office and the BBB. Bottom line..it doesn't matter what the reason for us not purchasing fromKey.. The sales manager and sales person were disrespectful, unprofessional, had no integrity, no character to speak of and were only concerned with not getting the sale.regardless if it was not the best choice for us. Even if we made a bad decision to go with another dealership,,,,why would they fight with me...three people fighting with me... I could not. Believe it. They kept repeating they r the largest seller of hyndai s etc..if that was the case why would me choosing to buy a car elsewhere be. big deal.. I would find it out for myself. If we don't get our deposit back the states attorney's office will step in on our behalf. This whole experience was awful. If you don't have the best credit, there are other dealerships that offer the same banks that Key deals with and I can guarantee you that you will not experience the low level, volatile, uneducated and almost child like behavior as Key obviously has trained their employees. To have a fight with a customer over $500 deposit and a change of mind in the middle of the dealership says it all. Please stay away. If they can do it to me and my husband and feel confident that they can get away with it, they will do it go anyone. They can smell your vulnerability and they use it against you in every way possible.. Including trying to make us feel guilty for change in decision. MY GUT FEELING WAS RIGHT. STAY AWAY FROM KEY... They r not only unprofessional but they doctored my contract and denied they did so. THEIR ACTIONS WERE FRAUDULENT in every way. You would be better taking the bus then getting a car from this dealership. There focus is to sell not customer service. That became very apparent. They also told me the car they "chose" for me was the best chance to get a loan...well that was bogus.. I we purchased a car a year older, more mileage and less money and was still approved. What a hoax. By the way, I have a masters degree and my husband a BAchelors. We r educated individuals who have over 20years of driving experience. It can happen to you too We ended up buying a car elsewhere and could not be happier. My advice is if KEY was the only place that can get You a car or a loan, don't do it. U will regret it. Whether you go to this dealership or not my advice ..LISTEN TO YOUR GUT . If your gut is telling u something is off LISTEN. Your gut is right 99.9% of the time. I can only hope that our experience prevents someone else from this type of experience. Why they thought fighting..trying to bully me into buying the car was going to work.... I can tell you that everyone I come into to contact will know that this dealership is bad news. I don't have to say anything I think our experience says it all. GO TO HONDA OF MANCHESTER OR SUBURBAN SUBARU. They are the best in customer service!!!!!!!!! NO dog and pony show... Just honesty and integrity. Something Jill Meriem should retrain her employees to have.. DEALERSHIP for the PEOPLE what a scam.. More like. You have had a hard time financially come to me and we will exploit your financial vulnerabilities as well a s bully you into buying a car. Jill I have not had the pleasure of meeting you however I can only hope that the staffs behavior is due to poor training/poor choice of employees/lack of direct oversight on the floor... instead of a top down attitude about how to treat a customer. More

This is our second time buying a car from this dealer. I felt very comfortable the whole time where as other dealers have been very pushy, this is not the case here.
