Unfortunately I have been forced to update this review due to incredibly negative circumstances surrounding the weeks following my purchase. I stand by what I had said in my original review about Shelby (below), as she really was great, but I was undeniably scammed by finance manager John Mirow. I had told John multiple times both before and during the signing process that I did not want to purchase anything additional, such as extended warrantees or any type of add-ons, but was completely ignored. Even when the final numbers had been calculated, I had inquired as to where the additional numbers were coming from me and he told me it was from "taxes" and "the four wheels on the car". As a first time car buyer, I did make the naive mistake of not pushing any further, and proceeding to sign my name. Given that I was not handed any paper work to head home with and review, it was only weeks later that I received my loan summary in the mail and was informed that my loan included four thousand dollars worth of additional warrantees and add-ons that have been a nightmare to remove. At the end of the day, regardless of how much I love the car itself, I will absolutely never buy from this dealership again. -------ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW------- I undoubtedly approached my first new car buying experience with a bit of caution, even intimidation, but Shelby's extensive knowledge of both the vehicle I was interested in and the process through which we would be navigating the sale immediately put me at ease!
