The dealership was absolutely fantastic. Steve Cerasoli was very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help me get the best possible deal I could. I looked at the Sonata & the Elantra, settling on an Elant was very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help me get the best possible deal I could. I looked at the Sonata & the Elantra, settling on an Elantra. I chose a color for the exterior and the interior, but after test-driving the car, decided I wanted a different interior (from tan to gray). It was no problem. Even though the dealership normally closes at 5pm on Saturday, there was no pressure to hurry up and I felt very comfortable. I was allowed to drive my new car home that evening, using dealer plates. When I came back on Monday evening, Steve took more time with me to show me a few of the interior gadgets, how to set the cruise, use the ECON button, wipers and headlights. He gave me his business card and told me to call anytime, with any questions. It was the most enjoyable experience I ever had buying a new car! I would definitely recommend Key Hyundai to everyone I know! More

This was our 2nd visit to Key of Manchester within 6 months. On the 1st occasion, I was seeking out a new car, and on the 2nd one my wife was seeking a new/used car. In both situations, we were looking months. On the 1st occasion, I was seeking out a new car, and on the 2nd one my wife was seeking a new/used car. In both situations, we were looking to trade in. My first experience was great, so I new that returning to Key of manchester would be the right thing to do. We were greeted by salesman Matt Louis, who we liked right away. He was very friendly and not at all pushy, like many sales people tend to be. He took a great deal of time with us (we got there at around 11:15am and did not leave until around 3:30pm) and answered all of our questions. He was also taking the time to work something out within our price range. In the end we bought another Hyundai (in this case a Sonata). Much like our first visit, this was another positive experience. I have already recomended Key of Manchester to several friends who were looking to purchase either a new or used vehicle. My wife Sandy and I give two thumbs up to Mike and the other really cool staff that we worked with. Also, the really delicious chocolate cookies that we recieved is another nice touch. I especially liked the caring ways they all have over there.Today was my first check up and oil change. I was well taken care of and all my questions were answered, thanks to Chris I got the quotes for further add ons that I will order upon my next visit. The Hyundai company cares for the community. They and donate to kids with cancer which shows what they are make of. I find this unusual in these times for a big corporation to be so caring. First the good: Dealing with Steven Cerasoli was a pleasure. He was informative, helpful and genuinely came across as wanting to work with you. His follow through was exceptional. If it wasn't for him my rating for overall experience would be much lower. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a salesman to work with. Second the bad: Unfortunately when it comes to pricing you have to deal with the guru's in the back room. What a disappointment. The first part was the appraisal of my trade in. These guys are supposed to be pros so I don't know why it took almost a 1/2 hour of waiting before I finally got a number. They must think people are dummies. With all the information on the internet, I wasn't expecting that they would come back with the exact number I was thinking of, but they weren't even close. Therefore I declined their offer and left. A day later, I get the call that another person reviewed the quote and they now have a better number. Since I was in the area I went down to hear what they had to say. Again I had to wait 15 minutes to get the information. The value of my trade went up $3,500. Needless to say their slogan of "Dealer for the People" is only good if you come well armed with information, otherwise the slogan should be "Dealer for Key Hyundai". After they put the final quote together, they put in the following verbiage on the quote, "good for today only". This is so old school. Anyway I ended up doing the deal at a higher price than what I could have done elsewhere. However this is my bad for waiting so long. They were the only ones who had the color and features I was looking for. Also they are close to home and my understanding from talking to others is they have a very good service department. You probably can end up getting a reasonable pricing deal but at this dealership you must be prepared to do battle. As a side note, Key Hyundai's follow up after the sale has been very good. More
