There were 2 other guys that "helped" with the sale and they were great to work with also but I'm bad with names. They make you feel like a friend right away and I had some great conversation and a lot of laughs during my time at the dealership. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed (they want your money of course) but I never felt like it was fake. They also have a Kuerig/Pod thing so that was win! I like coffee. The car looked great even though it was raining. Alex showed me all the features and got me all set up using BlueLink. I can start my car with my phone now. At first I thought it was a total ripoff paying for an app like that but it is really really cool. You can do so much with it. They really need a better demo for it as I almost passed on it. The dealership really needs a phone connected to a car to show people how much they can do with the app. 100% for Key Hyundai More

He made sure that we felt comfortable and was not pushy which was a real turnoff with other dealerships. He wanted to make sure that we had all the information about the vehicles and was very knowledgeable which helped us decide on buying a Hyundai. I went into the dealership hoping to get out of the piece of crap that I had been making payments on. I didn't really know what to expect but I thought that at best I would walk away with a car that I didn't of crap that I had been making payments on. I ended up with a brand new car that I love and the whole process was honestly painless. I worked with Alexio who was awesome. I didn't feel pressured into getting something that I didn't want. He was attentive and covered everything. I also had the pleasure of working with Mike who also helped with the deal.I knew that I wouldn't be an easy approval but they tried their hardest to get me a great deal.
