He stayed late to get us the car that night. He also went back and forth to the manager to get us what we wanted. Then because it was so late he gave us dealer plates since DMV was closed. My son bought a standard shift car and not good at driving it yet, Alexio drove the car to our house. WOW! Then he came to our house the next day to put the DMV plates on the car and to get my signature for registration. My car 2012 Hyundai Sonata was totaled a month ago, so I am going to get my new car from Alexio at Key Hyundai in Manchester. Great experience..... Carole Fiorita More

New Car purchase I felt the process could have gone quiker .I was at the dealership for 31/2 hours just choosing the car and then I had to come back the next day to f I felt the process could have gone quiker .I was at the dealership for 31/2 hours just choosing the car and then I had to come back the next day to finish the paper work and drive my car home.,that took over 2 hours to do which I felt was a long time.I do not believe I was taken seriously when I first entered the dealership.I had called ahead and made an appointment for a specific time and was told to ask for a certain sales guy and he was not even there.There were a lot of word games and number games being played and it was not the first car I have bought .
