I kept my promise and so did they I walked into the dealership knowing I wasn't going to purchase a car that day. I was greeted by Lori Guardo with a smile. I explained I wasn't purchasing but could she take some time to show me a car that would fit the needs of my family. We are a family of 4 adults and 1 teenager, the adults in my family have a varying range of disabilities; she had her work cut out for her. Lori reassured me that she would do everything possible to make sure all our needs would be met. She brought up a small SUV and I was in love, I was replacing a Jeep that I am truly going to miss but the car she showed me made me so excited that I could feel confident in my choice to replace a car from 1996. Lori went inside and we began to chat, right then and there I knew she wasn't a car salesperson, she was a woman who was just finishing her training for this job and she wasn't even able to sell me a car that day because she wasn't qualified yet. I was taken aback because the knowledge she has about the car, mileage, operation of the cars controls, ways to manipulate the car so that my passengers could fit comfortably for someone that wasn't able to see me a car I was willing to wait until she was approved. As I left I again said to her I will be back, I promise. I must have said it loud enough that Randolfo heard me. I returned months later and searched for Lori, I was ready for my car. She was so surprised that I came back with cash in hand to buy a car. She had taken the time to go over the things that I really needed in a car and she suggested that if I wanted to go to a sedan model the Sonata could also be a good option and to make it a better incentive they were giving rebates on leftover models. My husband and I went for a test drive and when we got back we made a deposit. Lori was thorough in going over the car (it was a demo model) and helped us point out faults that the detailing crew could take care of easily. That Friday we went to sign the paperwork and we needed to go into the finance manager Randolfo and he says to me, "I remember you, you said you would come back". Yup that's me I am a person of my word. While I was waiting for tags and such I walked over towards Service and I met a Loren who was such a kind young lady who said I should step around the corner to meet Krystle. I asked Krystle a ton of questions about service, things to look for, cost of basic service, what happens if I lose the key fob, she went on to explain how to get into the car and start it when the battery doesn't work, I was so grateful for all of her help and advice! I was also able to connect with her on a personal level and like Lori she wasn't just a Key employee she was a person that cared about the comfort and safety of my family. It is for this I give my service such high marks...... it's not just about cars it's about building a relationship with people, it's honoring ones word, it's going above and beyond when easily it could just be about a smile, handshake, exchange of cash and send you on your way to navigate the system alone. That is not my experience with the employees of Key Hyundai, Lori, Krystle, Loren, and Randolfo I found friends. More

Great Experience I was in a rough situation with my vehicle at the time. I explained my situation to Damian and instead of turning me away he got with his team and they worked out a great deal with me. I was quickly shown many options of vehicles that I could choose from. I never planned on leaving with a vehicle that day, but they were quick to bring the vehicle I liked to get detailed and it was ready within an hour. I would definitely recommend Damian to anyone looking for a vehicle and I know where I will be getting my next car! More
