My sales rep Taylor got back to me within minutes and from there she took care of me from start to finish. I had plenty of questions since I was an out of state buyer but being close to the state border with NY, they were used to selling to NY buyers. Taylor was very responsive, never taking more than a few minutes to respond, and even answered on her day off. It was such a pleasant change compared to what I'm used to in the NYC area with other salesmen. Finance manager Andrew was also one of the most pleasant finance guys I've ever dealt with. He got me a great rate from the bank on the financing and wasn't pushy with the extended warranties. To top it off, they delivered the car to me from VT all the way to NYC for free. The two drivers who brought the car were really nice and we took care of the paperwork quickly. If you're in the area or even if you aren't, definitely give these guys a visit. More

AJ went to my moms home, executed the paperwork and if that wasnt enough he switched her plates over as well. Great experience, you are in good hands with AJ and Key Honda. In fairness I cant rate the service department, although I am sure its great, but after 36 months my mother has just barely turned 3,000 miles on her car! More
