On Feb 14th 2014. I Traded my 2003 BMW 325CI in for a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation. Chuck Shortle in sales was very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. Dallas Rich the handling sales manager was also very knowledgeable and went to bat to come up with some very good numbers on a very nice car and AJ in finance topped it all off with an interest rate my own bank couldn't beat. On March 7th I stopped in for a fussy 6 Disc in dash CD player and it was replaced with a brand new one. They took the car in on time and had me back on the road in under an hour. Excellent service department. All in all I got a very nice car at a very nice price and they stood behind a fix I needed without any hassle's. I planned on the fix taking half of a day and it only took their service team an hour. I had been debating an AWD Subaru or Nissan and visited dealerships for both. Neither came CLOSE to the customer service and genuine interest as Graham at Shearer Honda. I am so happy with the process and success of this endeavor that I will recommend Shearer Honda, and Graham especially, to anyone that asks. I am currently in the process of leasing a new 2013 Honda Civic LX in Dyno Blue Pearl and I am absolutely thrilled. This was such a process but I know I made the right decision and I am very excited to drive around in my new car. Thank you Graham and Shearer Honda! More
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE HERE!! FAIR WARNING!!!!!! The sales staff was friendly,The service department lacks everything to be desired.. We purchased a 2006 Highlander, Test drove WARNING!!!!!! The sales staff was friendly,The service department lacks everything to be desired.. We purchased a 2006 Highlander, Test drove ok. 2 days later we went for delivery (which was 4 hours later than scheduled) Found out the wrongparts were used for brakes, So they replaced them, with cheap ones that didnt work, Finally Got Factory parts and installed them WRONG! We drove 5 miles up the road and pulled over because of a rapping sound, Turns out the brakes were not installed correctly AGAIN..... turned around, left vehicle there for the night got a loaner... Next day go back, There was an issue with the tire pressure system, which we were told that it was the SPARE tire that was kicking the light on.. Well I know vehicles and the valve stem tire pressure guage was not installed until 2008... this is an issue with the abs sensor When the tire rotates is when it checks for pressure and even ness.. hmmm which also has todo with the braking system..(that theyve repaired twice) Now having the car 4 whole days It sits in my driveway and will not start.. GLAD WE DIDNT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT THEY TRIED SOOOO HARD TO SELL US... I WILL NEVER USE THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!WHAT a JOKE THIS PLACE IS! More

After owning three Honda vehicles previously, we found this experience the most friendly/congenial of any and while the negotiation was somewhat lengthy, we could not have asked for a more fair consideration when it came to our needs and pricing. If anyone is looking to purchase a car, we would very highly recommend Mike Hosley, who is a very experienced, knowledgeable and understanding low key sales consultant and a pleasure to work with. Brian Kenny also gave us additional assurance that convinced us we were making the right decision in our purchase, particularly since, we were an out of state purchaser with only occasional visits to the Rutland area. I have been dealing with Shearer Honda for at least 10 years. My experience with them has always been good. The service dept. is excellent. The only thing that drives me crazy is the dickering with a new years. My experience with them has always been good. The service dept. is excellent. I don't understand why they can't just come out with the best price possible right from the beginning.It can take a lot of patience and lost sleep until we come to agreement.Eric and Jared were very helpful in coming to this agreement.
