Warranty Appt Brought my car into Key Auto to be serviced, while servicing the issue they noticed an additional part that needed to be replaced. They called Key Brought my car into Key Auto to be serviced, while servicing the issue they noticed an additional part that needed to be replaced. They called Key Buick, arranged drop off of the car, and GMC replaced the part free of charge as it was covered under the vehicle warranty. More

Service I bought a Compass in Lebanon. We didn’t have time for the inspection or detailing. I was told to take it your shop and it would be done there. I ma I bought a Compass in Lebanon. We didn’t have time for the inspection or detailing. I was told to take it your shop and it would be done there. I made the appointment, was told it would take 2 hours for the inspection and cleaning but they would have to take the car to a different location to be cleaned. I waited the two hours. I get my car back as it was barely vacuumed. They did take the plastic off the maps in the trunk, but they were dirty I don’t understand how I had such great service at one dealership and horrible service at another. More

Great Experience!! I leased my first vehicle from Portsmouth Chevrolet in 2013. I first started dealing with Paul at that dealership for service. After I leased my secon I leased my first vehicle from Portsmouth Chevrolet in 2013. I first started dealing with Paul at that dealership for service. After I leased my second vehicle, I decided to have it serviced at Key Buick GMC in Somersworth as it is closer to my home. I was happy to see that Paul was now the service manager there. Paul is wonderful to deal with and explains the service and repairs very well. Paul Sansoucie is a tremendous asset to the Key Auto Group. I hope to continue to deal with him as I continue to lease more vehicles from Key. More
