Made an appointment over the phone, they never mentioned that they had moved, when I got to the new place they didn’t have my appointment on the books. Welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. My vehicle was waiting, all warmed up and ready for a test drive. The staff navigated the GMC website very well and found all of the incentives/discounts available, including using my GM Point balance. The paperwork went smoothly. My experience with Brandon Bradeen was a pleasant one from the very beginning. Had a $500 deposit, on a used vehicle, upon arrival to complete the purchase, I was told, it was sold to someone else, and my deposit was only good for an hour, "lie", and , "your tra arrival to complete the purchase, I was told, it was sold to someone else, and my deposit was only good for an hour, "lie", and , "your trade was not worth what we offered", it was sold out from under me, I was likened to a no show dealer, (insulting) my deposit was a committed offer, salesman said, "oh, i wasn't here when the call come in, sales manager said" oh, i wasn't here when the call came in", seriously, this is xx, "no notation in the system, no call, no text, no email, not a shot, nothing", this is unprofessional, and poor business ethics , just horrible customer service " STAY AWAY" More
