I gave the dealership a 4 start mainly because of recon. They need to ship out vehicles to be cleaned to one of their other locations, not a huge hassle by any means but the recon department did a less than good job. Otherwise I had a great experience with everyone there. The Acadia did need mi or work and working with Paul in the service department was great. They all took good care to the thing I wanted done. After I leased my second vehicle, I decided to have it serviced at Key Buick GMC in Somersworth as it is closer to my home. I was happy to see that Paul was now the service manager there. Paul is wonderful to deal with and explains the service and repairs very well. Paul Sansoucie is a tremendous asset to the Key Auto Group. I hope to continue to deal with him as I continue to lease more vehicles from Key. More
