The service that we have received from Key GMC has been outstanding and we can’t say enough about our salesman, Stephen, and all of the staff. Stephen sold us my dream car for a better price than we could find anywhere and was incredibly responsive and friendly through the process. We just had our first maintenance visit and once again, he was helpful in organizing and making sure all was taken care of when I dropped off and picked up. We’ll be referring anyone we know in the market for a new car to this dealership. Our service visit was perfect and Derek was very helpful during the buying process as well. Thank you! More

Leasing an Encore Worked with Jason (sales manager), John (sales), Trevor (Financial) and a very nice man in parts. Overall, the experience was a good one- a bit quick, but good. Was a bit disappointed that I had a scheduled appt and the salesman I was scheduled with was already with somebody else. Sat for a but, then Jason came over and introduced himself and worked with me. Showroom is very clean, and a large inventory was available for perusing. The exact make/model that I wanted had just com in by truck, and I was already sold. The lease (I was turning in a lease, same make/model) was seamless, no issues encountered. Love this new Encore, will be back in 36 months to do it all again! No complaints Dedicated Encore Owner More
