Way too long I went in for my free inspection I was there almost two hours ... I will say it seemed as if they care about your safety or just want to make money is I went in for my free inspection I was there almost two hours ... So it was two hours to find out I failed and had to leave without a clear sticker which is so unprofessional. I failed for my tires being at the limit an my hubs had a little play with one caliber causing the damage to both sides which I will take as true but unsure if it was a tactic since I’m too busy with work to check for myself self. Good staff I've been going to Key Buick since I moved here 3 years ago. First to service my Buick and now to purchase a new vehicle. The service dept is awesome I've been going to Key Buick since I moved here 3 years ago. First to service my Buick and now to purchase a new vehicle. The service dept is awesome and the sales dept did a good job by not pressuring me too much and allowing me to take my time making my decision. They were also pretty quick when it came down to the sale. I didn't have to spend alot of time there. The salesman I had was inexperienced but he did have the support of others to help him. I love my new vehicle and would go there again to purchase another one. More

New Buick Lease My lease was expiring and key had the Envision premium in the color combo that i was looking for. I looked at all the other vehicles that had my interest before going to Key Buick GMC.. I met Derek, tried 2 Envision and then received a quote on the one I wanted. It was a very good number. Less than all of the vehicle I explore and far less than a similar vehicle, but not the color (interior and exterior) from another dealership. Went back on Sunday to complete the paperwork for the new lease. Came back on Monday with the insurance binder, turned in my Leased Regal and drove off with my new lease and desired vehicle at a really good payment. Only 4 stars because there seemed to be some delay on the paperwork on Sunday and not sure of the lease turn in process. Leased before, but usually purchased at the end of the lease. Anyway would give 4.5 stars overall if possible. More

Easiest purchase. I had been researching new cars, knew what I wanted and found it at this place.
