The facility is clean and new. My problem is with the pricing. I was charged $299 to replace a scheduled fuel filter. The part was $81 and it took less than 10 minutes to install. My problem is with the pricing. I was charged $299 to replace a scheduled fuel filter. The part was $81 and it took less than 10 minutes to install. I was told it is “menu” pricing. The math equates to $81 in parts and $219 in labor. 10 minutes of labor and the labor rate is $1320/hour. That is ridiculous. I will not continue having my vehicle serviced here. I bought the vehicle here as well. I’ll be looking for a different dealer when I purchase my next vehicle in the next 12 months. More
