Tony & Tyler were great, service, was not good at all I bought the used vehicle in May, paid the asking price without trying to work them down. Two days later I took it back with some issues including a noise from under the car like something was loose (exhaust?).. They could find nothing wrong. A while later I took it to a local mechanic who told me the front struts were bad. I went back to Tony who said the local mechanic could fix it and bill Rockland Ford or I could have Rockland Ford do the work. I told Tony I'd have Rockland Ford do it. It took two weeks to get the parts then another 3 weeks before they could schedule me in to do the work. All the while, one of the service "advisors" Jeremiah Gray, kept telling me things that just weren't true. I took the vehicle n at 9:00 as scheduled and they said it would take a little over an hour so I said I'd wait. By 11:00 I checked with them and they said it was out for a test drive. By 12:00 I check again and Jeremiah said again that it was out for a test drive. I said, "no it's not, it's right out front". He found out it was and gave me a bill for over $1200. I said "no way" and told him what Tony had agreed to. After some discussion they gave me another bill with $0 balance. Pretty lousy way to run a "service" department and Jeremiah should be terminated immediately. More

She really cares for her clients and has really treated me well. Tony is also very approachable and the deal that I ended with I felt was more than fair. More

Big Communication Issues Had an appt. a few months ago to have a recall part replaced as per the manufacture. (Initially, the Service Dept. didn't want to do this and told me that it wasn't needed. I called back again after going home and re-reading the notice that Ford had sent me advising that this be done) Arrived at the correct time and date that I was given the appt. for and I was told that I wasn't on the schedule. I was questioned as to whom I spoke with, and what their name was, but since it was several weeks after I made the appt. I had forgotten the name.(Made me feel like I was being interrogated) A new appt was made for a Monday morning two weeks from then. Again I arrived on time in the afternoon, and they were searching for paperwork for my vehicle. Then I was told that the part wasn't delivered the day before (deliveries on Sunday ?) and I was one of five people whose parts didn't come in.(Made to feel like hey, I wasn't the only one inconvenienced. I did ask why I wasn't called earlier in the day and notified that they would have to cancel, but I didn't get a direct answer). Another appt was sched., and this time the part was replaced without any issues. A week or so later, I received a phone call telling me that the wrong part was put in (the manufacture sent them the wrong part I was told) and I would have to bring my vehicle back in once again. I was given an 8am appointment, and I was told "we gave you an early appt., so that we can get you in and out early in the day and then you can be on your way !" Drove there on snowy roads and arrived at 0745 and I left my van. It was supposed to be an hour and a half job. I was called at TWO P.M. !!! Their shuttle driver did pick me up in my vehicle, and I was told that 'they had several emergencies." I asked two different people why I wasn't at least called and notified that it would be later in the day and the several emergency story was repeated. Although they are very nice there, I am just not feeling the love. When and if I purchase another Ford product, I will definitely shop around for a dealership that has a good reputation for its service dept. More

When I had to have service there for issue with my wiper motor I had to wait three weeks to get an appointment and when I cam in they said it would be an hr so I can back an 1 1/2 hrs later to find that they hadn't even started it yet. I'd think after waiting three weeks for an appointment at least they could get on it. More

DealerRate should investigate those reviews. Service is just as bad. Scheduled an appointment, brought the car in the night before and it took two days to perform service. Then they tried charging for it, although it was covered under the warranty. Awful, awful, awful. Go anywhere else. Confederate flags in the parts area just added to the miserable experience.
