Honestly, my overall opinion of Key Ford is getting worse. I was informed at my service that they could not rotate my tires because they needed to be replaced. I purchased my vehicle from Key Ford a fe worse. I was informed at my service that they could not rotate my tires because they needed to be replaced. I purchased my vehicle from Key Ford a few months ago and was never informed that tires would need to be replaced so soon, if I was told this information I would’ve had them changed at that time. Unfortunately, the only take back from this experience is that the customer is being left out and it is all about the money. They wanted to sell my car so they did not let me know if things that they discovered in their inspection before they sold it to me , and now the same dealership is telling me I need to pay to fix the problem that could’ve been addressed a few months ago. I like the old-fashioned, handshake deal, I like being able to call my salesman or representative, and be honest, that, along with other issues that have happened in the past few months with the dealership is pushing this 15 year customer away More

There are at least 3 recalls on my vehicle and I had to ask about them instead of the dealership letting me know. They never offered to see if my vehicle was under recalls nor did they offer to schedule an ask about them instead of the dealership letting me know.
