The people I dealt with were both knowledgeable & friendly, without being pushy or overbearing. They took the time to answer every question I had. I know they were honest with the pricing, because ot friendly, without being pushy or overbearing. They took the time to answer every question I had. I know they were honest with the pricing, because other dealers did not even try to beat my purchase price. I have purchased from this dealership in the past, & will if I purchase in the future. I dropped my vehicle the night before put my keys in the envelope and dropped in the drop slot. When I came to pick it up the next evening they couldn't find my paper work and my truck had not moved from th envelope and dropped in the drop slot. When I came to pick it up the next evening they couldn't find my paper work and my truck had not moved from the spot I left it unfortunately my keys fell behind the crate that catches the keys, a hole in one. they made it right they immediately serviced my vehicle the mechanic volunteered to stay late I highly recommend this dealership. Seriously questioning the service department Where to start..... I was able to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday which works well with my schedule. Appoint Where to start..... I was able to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday which works well with my schedule. Appointment was at 11 AM. Shortly after arriving, my vehicle was in the garage. An hour later....all done.....great! I pull out of the dealership and hear this annoying noise with a slight vibration. Thinking it was the not-so-fine roads of Exeter, I continue to travel down the road. About a half mile later, the vibration is getting worse. I then realize, it is not the roads. My rear tire is about to fall off. The lug nuts on the passenger rear tire were hand tightened at best. I would not even have made it back without having to get out and tighten the lug nuts myself. Ashley, Barber's acting service manager apologized for the incident. The service technician told me his Harbor Freight torque wrench must not be working properly. Harbor Freight, seriously? A large commercial dealership like Barber is using Harbor Freight tools? I would expect Craftsman or Snap-On. Thankfully no one as hurt and Barber is offering to replace the rim because of the damage caused by not tightening the lugs. This was my first time servicing my new F150 at Barber and I am seriously considering an alternative dealership for future maintenance. More
