I have used the service dept. to either drop off or pickup, both are convenient. My wife and daughter feel confident to drop off and or wait for service and not be pressured into add on sales. Great family atmosphere. For the past 15 years I have seen the same financial guy ( Bob ) & sales guy( Dwayne).it's nice to see the same faces year to year. I am always confident when walking I'm getting the best deal in the Miami Valley. I actually can get a GM discount, but I like this dealership more than any savings I can get driving a GM vehicle. His help in custom ordering or finding the right vehicle on their lot makes new/used car buying a pleasure. If Key doesn't have what I want locally he can find it fast through the computer system. Product knowledge is something other dealers struggle with but Dwayne has that as well. When I ordered my Ram truck in 2015 there was no looking on computers, digging through brochures or asking "The manager" for info he had the answers to my questions almost before I asked. The other sales personnel are friendly as well. I never had one try to take away another's sale which is often a problem with commission selling. truck still isnt repaired I had some recalls on my truck so I took it in 3 weeks ago to have them done. One was side curtain airbags ( had to drop the headliner) when I picked I had some recalls on my truck so I took it in 3 weeks ago to have them done. One was side curtain airbags ( had to drop the headliner) when I picked my truck back up the headliner had greasy hand prints in the rear and 3 of the 4 the pilar moldings had damage from being removed with a screw driver instead of a trim tool. I called the service mgr ( Kelly) and he told me to bring the truck back so he could look at my complaints, While showing him the damages he stated what I was showing him was minor and said he had never had a customer complain about things so small. My point is the damages was not there when I dropped my tuck off so I would not accept it with the damages that are there, he laughed and walked away telling to call Chris Tobe ( GM). I left 3 messages for Chris over the course of 4 days before he called back saying he had only received one message, He had me bring the truck back so he could inspect his self, he had parts order new pilar covers and detail to clean the headliner, they called to inform me that my parts are in and scheduled me in to get it done. When I went to drop my vehicle off they had no record of me coming in. They got my truck done the following day and called to tell me to pick it up, I went to get the truck and noticed the NEW driver side pilar cover has more damage than it did before I refused to take my truck and once again and have tried to reach Chris Tobe again with no success, at this point I am waiting on my attorney to return my call to get this issue resolved my vehicles will now go to dave dennis for all repairs/new purchases More

Very good experience I was looking for a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee that was Certified and in great shape. On Autotrader I found a color combination I really liked that I could not find anywhere else (white with tan leather - most have black interiors.) It looked good on the screen so I called and spoke to Dwayne who was very helpful in describing the car to me. He even took a video of some key areas for me so I could get a closer look. Key is about 65 miles from my home in Dublin, so this was very helpful since I couldn't just drop in to see it. Given the distance we worked most of the deal over the phone and agreed on a price before I came to see it. I came out a day later and drove it and liked what I saw. It needed an alignment so they worked with me to get the job done at my local Jeep dealer, which was helpful and appreciated. Dwayne made sure it was clean and well presented for the delivery. Overall this was a very low-stress purchase. They treated me well and I was able to complete the sale with minimal fuss. More

Enjoyed the buying process with Joey I live 40 mins away from the dealer, and was turned toward Key in Xenia after I participated in the Costco auto program. I was initially hesitant to contact the dealership due to the distance. However, I received a call from Joey requesting my 'must haves' and needs. We set up an appointment for a few days later. Joey did a great job explaining the features of the 2016 Dodge Durango. I especially enjoyed the longer than average test drive. At the dealership I was pleased with the Costco pricing and support to select a car from the available inventory. We returned to the dealer two days later to pick up our new car. I very much recommend this dealer compared to other dodge dealers in the area. I visited three dodge dealers while checking out the Durango.
