I saw an ad online for a vehicle on a Sunday evening and online asked if I could set up a test drive. On Monday morning Brandon called around 10 Am and we set up the appointment for 1 PM. While filling the paper work for our trade-in we spoke with one of the sales mangers who came over to talk with us. 3 hours after the test drive we had all the paper work done and we got to drive away in our vehicle. From the start, Floyd showed his integrity by telling me the car was in contract, sort to speak. And told me he would call, if it didn't go thru, which is what he did. Easiest experience I've had at a dealership. I was out of town for a week and they still continued to work to get me the car I wanted from another dealership. One day my wife came to me after seeing a Chrysler 300 commerical and said she would like to see one in person. We stopped by Key Chrysler on a Sunday afernoon and were met by salesman Dave Tackett. Dave was very friendly, informative and never pushy... That we liked very much. Key Chrysler and Dave Tackett were very helpful and open regarding teh MSRP and Invoice price of their cars. They were also very open regarding our one year old vehicle. They bent over backward to obtain our busness yet never making us feel pressured or mislead. I highly recommend Key Chrysler and especially Dave Tackett if you are in the market for a vehcle purchase. And by the way, the Chrysler 300C is a dream car. Unless you are really in need of a lot of muscle skip the V8 engine. The V6 engine matched with the new 8 gear transmission is fantastic! It's hard to believe it is a V6 when you are behind the wheel. Get the V6 and the 18 inch tires.. THe 18 inch tires give a more luxurious ride... Our vehicle is a 300C, lots and lots of goodies and rides like a dream... Our nick name for it is White Cloud because riding in it is like riding on a cloud.... More
