I was not expecting great things from Key, I thought they would be over priced, I was passing by so I stopped in and checked out a few vehicles. Brandon approached us and pointed us in the right direction and showed us several vehicles meeting our criteria. We test drove a couple of vehicles, and we were still unsure so they let us take a vehicle home. We came back the nest day, and purchased a different vehicle. There were no high pressure sales, everything was laid back, The used vehicles are very clean and we found a piece of plastic trim inside the car that was broken and they replaced it, the vehicle looks like new. A pleasant experience all around, I would thoroughly recommend Key, something I would not have expected to say a week ago. I will be returning there when I need my next vehicle. More

Dave worked with me over the phone for a week trying to arrange our deal on a used vehicle with myself and my family living nearly 2 hours away and whe we arrived the deal was nearly done. I just needed to look at the vehicle, drive it, see that everything Dave stated was accurate and we were in and out faster than I have ever been through during any purchase of a vehicle which was great considering I have 2 kids to look after while doing all of this as well!
