Joe Vaught was an honest, "real" guy who actually tried to find out what I was looking for and was very forthcoming with his information about both the vehicles and their dealership. I felt he was honest in his description of the truck I purchased, and we were easily able to agree on a fair price. It took very little time for the required paperwork, and Joe made sure that I personally met the people who would be servicing my vehicle in the future. He gave me all the time I needed to check over my truck when I picked it up, and answered all my questions. This dealership left me feeling happy I had purchease from them, and confident that I will be happy with any future service needs. I truly will recommend them to my friends, and will suggest they talk directly with Joe. No high pressure, no "what do I have to do to sell you right now", just honest information and great products... and a service department to back them up. This is the reason I rated them so highly, everyone I met was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Key is my dealer of choice for future purchases also! More

I have never come in contact with a salesman that showed a total lack of respect or even common courtesy towards a customer. For someone that makes their living from commissions on total sales, it was inco a total lack of respect or even common courtesy towards a customer. For someone that makes their living from commissions on total sales, it was incomprehensible to be treated in the manner I was. I chose your dealership due to a very personal reason - if not for that I would have left after my first contact with your salesman. I only had dealings with your company a total of 5 days and every day the service got worse.The main reason for my dissatisfaction was the indifference shown to us when your salesman arrived at my home on Sat the 28th with our new car, so we could determine it would fit in our garage and we could see the vehicle for the first time. I hope you can understand our total surprise, frustation, and disappointment when we walked out to see our $20,000 investment and the vehicle was totally filthy. You could see where the windshield wipers were used to get the dirt off, so he could see to drive. So your salesman thought it was perfectly ok to bring a dirty car to us to make a first and lasting impression of our "new car". That shows us how little he takes customer feeling into account for what I feel shoud be common sense salesmanship. Would you buy a $50 pair of shoes that were dirty when the salesman took them out of the box ? - and we're talking about a $20,000 investment ! His failure to follow up and return phone calls, and total indifference to the understand of his customer's needs, shows absolute misunderstanding of any compassion in dealing with the public. More

Once again they took care of us, getting me a reliable car at a price within my budget after I wreck care of my family for as long as I can remember. They bent over backwards to make sure I got the best deal they were able to give me, and even though it was my first time buying a car without my dad there, Joey was very patient and explained everything thoroughly and was even willing to work around my school schedule. Without a doubt this was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. From start to finish the employees were attentive, friendly and not aggressive. I gave Dave an idea of what I wanted and he suggested a great vehicle for me. Right away he gave the keys to me so I could test drive the vehicle to see if I liked it and then he worked to help me get the great vehicle for me.
