First off let me say Joey Carrico is amazing at what he does. I was in the market for something new, stylish and reliable Joey pointed me in the direction of a new 2013 Dodge Dart SXT. I went into Key Chrysler to try to trade in my Dodge Challenger, as I was having financial issues and need to get a vehicle that wasn't as expensive at the Challenger. They never made me feel ashamed that I was having financial issues, in fact the helped me so much to get a vehicle that would also work well for me with my future Grand Daughter. They were kind, caring, supportive of what I needed to do didn't judge me and I will tell you that I've bought many new vehicles during my life and this was by far the BEST experience I've ever had. This was not easy for me to do as I loved my Challenger but with the help of Jeff & Rich I now have a vehicle I can afford and will be safe for me to drive my grand baby around in. From the moment I walked into the office, they were very courteous. Each person that helped me took into consideration what type of car I was looking for and the cost.
