Not only did Jim Hendrickson treat me like a customer, he kept me within my budget and answered any questions I had. Felt like old times when salespeople worked with you regardless your situation. Not only have they earned my business from this day forward, I will be happy to share with others my experience at the friendly car lot outside of Xenia. Wonderful Experience I hate buying cars. The process is long, time-consuming, and I always ALWAYS end up irritated by high-pressure sales pitches that treat me like a piec I hate buying cars. The process is long, time-consuming, and I always ALWAYS end up irritated by high-pressure sales pitches that treat me like a piece of meat with a wallet. This was NOT that kind of experience. My husband and I were treated with a great deal of respect and warmth by the Key Chrysler staff. We came in with a good idea of the car we wanted, and we were not bullied into "just taking a look" at something we didn't want. When we were ready to deal, the process was smooth and blissfully free of the scripted let-me-go-talk-to-my-manager nonsense. (Yes, that ridiculous cliche actually happened to us elsewhere, complete with the insincere "I have your back" and smarmy wink from the salesman.) Joe did a great job of handling the sales process, and Bob took care of the financing with great professionalism. Mr. Tobey took a moment to stop by and introduce himself--I appreciated the fact that he wants to stay connected to the community that has made him successful. I highly recommend the Key Chrysler team! More
