My experience was by far the best of any car purchase I have experienced. The staff (especially the salesman Dwayne Cornett) were pleasant and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed and professional. There was none of the normal high pressure sales tactics often seen a car dealerships. The listened to my needs and when they didn't have the perfect vehicle on the lot, readily offered to order me a vehicle. They made the process easy. I had done my homework and knew that the pricing they offered was fair. They also offered a fair price on my trade-in vehicle. Haggling was not necessary. Delivery of the vehicle was quick. All paperwork was done ahead of time, so pickup was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership even if it means you have to drive a little farther to get there. More

I'd be happy to share a little of my impressions and experiences of Terry Toby's Key Chrysler Xenia, My husband and I had visited another dealershi I'd be happy to share a little of my impressions and experiences of Terry Toby's Key Chrysler Xenia, My husband and I had visited another dealership on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 and needless to say weren't very impressed. I received a call from my husband on the next day stating that he just stopped into your dealership just to see what kind of Jeep's you had available. He was in shock and awe about the friendliness of your staff but the topper on this first impression was you Mr. Toby. He had just finished some landscaping and was not in his finest form but was really thrilled that you approached him and introduced yourself. He ended up coming home and picking me up so I could see what your dealership had to offer. When my husband and I came in Mr. Tackett was friendly and courteous but not overbearing or pushy. Rather he quickly developed a relaxed rapport and it felt like as a sales person he had no agenda, this is important to me as a consumer. Whenever we asked a question that he didn't know the answer to rather than try to impress us or BS us he would freely admit not knowing the answer but would promptly ask someone and get the information within 5 minutes. That sort of honesty and willingness to ask his team for help or answers as well as the timeliness also goes a long way towards establishing a rapport and developing a repeat client relationship with me. Generally we felt no pressure from your sales team. We feel their ambition was to help us find the vehicle that we wanted and suited our needs. We think your team works very well together and provided us with a new Jeep and a really positive buying experience. Incidentally for your information, I have participated in the process before but this is the first time I have purchased a new vehicle for myself. If on a scale of 1-5. 1 being a suck & 5 being exceptional I would rate Mr. Dave Tackett and your team as 5. I truly believe Mr. Tackett deserves a reward for his excellent salesmanship. Thanks Dave for all your hard work, patience, and going above and beyond to get me what I was truly looking for - you were awesome and we could not of had a better overall buying experience!!!!!!! Best car salesmen, ever! I would like to thanks Alex for all he has done for our family. This is my 2nd car I have bought, and my husband has also bought 2 trucks from Alex. I left dodge briefly to purchase another car, and it was a huge disaster. It is a lemon. I wanted great gas mileage, great price etc, and what I got was a headache! I was ready to pay a little more for trust and honesty! I greatly appreciate being able to know that I'm being taken care off, and can completely, 100%, trust Alex and his knowledge of cars! This one reason alone, is the reason I came back to key! He always takes the time to make sure we understand everything and is always willing to answer questions. Alex took 4 hours of his day to test drive a handful of different cars, gave me print outs of each car, and financing on my favorites. Alex also brought me a Chrysler 300s after work on a Saturday for me to drive for a day to make sure I liked it!
