Great buying experience I had been using Key for servicing my 2002 Jeep for the last 7 or 8 years and they have been great. The service guys always did a great job. So, I knew that I was going to start my search for a new Jeep at Key. They have a very low pressure and friendly approach. I worked with Joe Vaught to drive different Jeep models and do some research, and then again a few days later to find my new Jeep. Closing the deal was smooth and effortless. The price ended up almost in the middle between the TruCar estimate and the KBB estimate, so I know that the final price was reasonable. I'll be replacing my mini-van in a couple more years, and I plan to start that search at Key as well. More

Joey asked us what we were looking for- a family vehicle, good fuel milage, good safety features and features that were easy to use. Joey showed us a few SUV's that were in our price range. He also showed us a van. There was no pressure from Joey to make a decision. He took the time to answer every question we had and thoroughly explained everything. If he didnt know the answer, he made sure to find it out before we left. We test drove the vehicle that we ended up purchasing. Joey went above and beyond helping before we made our decision and after. We purchased our vehicle on a Sunday. I brought it back on Monday to be detailed, add my spare tire and have all of the stickers removed. Joey kept me informed on the progress of the service center and what they were doing. Financing was a breeze! Phil sat down with us, explained all or our options, what each scenario was and pros and cons. Thus was the process that I dreaded the most. Dave took all of my information over the phone and in less than an hour I had financing and a new car. I walked into the dealership and the van was sitting there waiting for me.
