I went through the Costco process and called Key because they were the closest to me, yet, still 65 miles away. I had a specific Jeep that I wanted, and Joey the salesmen found one in 30 minutes and said he would have it delivered to the dealership within on day. No haggling with the Costco price, and it was $300 below the best price I found at competing dealerships. My wife and I went to pick up the car, and Joey spent two hours going over every bell and whistle with the new car, including syncing our phones. We had to have a factory installed hitch for towing our camper, and Joey was the only salesman I talked with in our car search who understood hitches, engine cooling, weight limits, and how all of the factors influence a safe tow. Easy and pressure free I came to Key looking for a used truck and I left with a brand new 2016 Ram 2500 in Omaha Orange. My wife and I had visited many dealerships in the week before we can to Key and we were surprised by the lack of interest the other dealers showed us. As we walked the other lots no one came out to assist us in any way. When we arrived at Key we greeted in the parking lot by Dwayne. I told what we were looking for and what I wanted to spend. I had seen some used trucks on their website that I wanted to test drive. He showed me the ones I wanted to see and more. He had the keys ready so my family could take them out on a test drive. The trucks were ok but as we walked the lot the Omaha Orange caught my wife's eye and we walked down to take a look at it. Dwayne was there to tell us about the great rebates that were being offered. These rebates along with my dad's employee discount got the cost down to with in a few thousand dollars of the used trucks we test drove. We went with piece of mind of owning a new truck with a full warranty. A big thank you Dwayne and all the great people that work at Key. More

I've purchased many vehicles, this being the 3 one purchased new and I've never had such a pleasant experience as this. All the numbers were what we agreed on (no bait and switch last minute) and I was treated like a valued customer, not a commission. If all car salesman were like those at Key Chrysler, the negative stereotype associated with car salesman would disappear overnight. When it came time to sit down and sign paperwork, Mark was great. Also very professional, not pushy, and took his time to explain everything. When I got there, the car was prepped and ready for me to see at it's best. I met Randy, who prepped the car for me and with Joey, they showed me everything they did to get it prepped. Later Joey showed me all the features in the car and advised I could call or email if I had any questions at any point. I was even able to meet the owner, Terry. It's clear that he loves what he does and appreciates his customers. I drove three hours to get there and it was definitely worth the drive. More

Above and Beyond!!! Far exceeded our expectations!!!! My husband and I had no intention of buying another vehicle. We had been looking at trucks but I had a Honda Accord that I was perfectly happy with. My husband and I had no intention of buying another vehicle. We had been looking at trucks but I had a Honda Accord that I was perfectly happy with. I hadn't had a car payment in over 2 year. My Honda was in perfect condition and the only thing I ever had to replace was the brakes, a headlight and a battery. However, we travel as often as we can and we tow our motorcycles. We were greeted by a very friendly Dave Tackett who turned out to be our Sales Professional. My husband had heard about a special they were having on Dodge Ram Big Horns. Dave brought us a set of keys out right away we went for a test drive. We came back and I thanked Dave for his time and I told him it would take a really special truck for me to get rid of my Honda. Dave smiled and said I think I have just the truck. Sure enough, we got in it and I fell in love with my 2014 Dodge Ram Outdoorsman. Dave showed us the binder with all the vehicles information (great resource, we loved having all the information in one place). Dave was never pushy, he was kind and extremely knowledgeable about this truck. Before we knew it we were sitting with Dave and Phil Butler who completed our financing. This was the best car buying experience I had ever had. Phil even called me the next day to let me know he found a lower interest rate for me. We came in on Saturday to sign the paperwork and told them we noticed a light out on the drivers side door. They replaced both lights on both doors for us. The customer service is fantastic and I will tell anyone and everyone to visit them the next time they are in need of a vehicle. Thank you Dave and Phil for making our experience such a positive one. 2014 to 2016 RAM transition The process started in January 2014 when I decided to part with my 31 year old vehicle and search for new transportation. Priority 1 since I hadn't ha The process started in January 2014 when I decided to part with my 31 year old vehicle and search for new transportation. Priority 1 since I hadn't had a vehicle payment in over 25 years was how much I could afford on a fixed income. I started searching on line the 5 nearest RAM dealers to narrow down my field, then I saw an add in the Wall Street Journal offering a zero down 2 year lease for $318 a month. This gave me a starting point I could afford. I also visited a few close dealers and found the RAM I wanted. As I am eligible for a few quite a few incentives I made that known and requested a quote. Wow! talk about sticker shock, the first offer was in the $590 a month range, I mentioned the WSJ article and the second quote was $570 range. I continued contacting other dealers and got as low as low as $470 payment. Then I emailed Alex Toby and shared my other experiences and made her aware of the payment and vehicle I wanted. She immediately went into the search mode and found THE RAM but it was in Michigan as I recall, I mentioned that I found one here close to my home and that I would be happy if the lease amount worked out. A few emails later she met my goal and turned me over to Jeff Hendrickson to insure I was getting the vehicle I wanted. It was smooth sailing after that Jeff made all the arrangements to acquire the RAM from the other local dealer and have it prepared for me to pick up the next day, I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency of the Key process. I arrived at the Dealership and met with Jeff and introduced me too Rich Critz to explain lease details and finalize the sale. My compliments to Alex, Jeff and Rich for making this a pleasant and memorable experience. Fast forward to February 2016 Almost a repeat of my original experience, I found a few RAM's at other dealers but, this time I contacted Alex and she asked me to contact Jeff to work the logistics. Jeff did his magic found almost the perfect RAM then the surprise came, Jeff said its my job to insure you are happy and get the best deal we have. I mentioned Terry Toby had been on TV with some fantastic offers, Jeff reiterated I was getting the best deal available, validated by an even lower payment than I had on the 2014 RAM. I was elated! Once again Jeff handled the logistics, we agreed on a delivery date, and introduced me to Bob Peterson who clearly explained the new lease details. Jeff then showed me how to link my phone, answered some other questions and offered any assistance I may need setting up Uconnect, garage opener operation and scheduling their free pick up service for any maintenance I may need. My thanks to Alex Jeff and Bob for providing a smooth process and outstanding customer service which I am sure will be repeated when this lease is up.
