I had a very poor experience and will recommend to others to stay away from your dealership. The facility itself is run down physically and the staff is adversarial in their demeanor. I have since taken the vehicle to other facilities that gave cheerful and accurate service and recommended only needed repairs, which I have since performed. You had an opportunity to make a loyal new customer for life. Instead, I’ll never be back and I’ll advise others to stay away if your dealership comes up in conversation. More
