Never called me before doing work that I specifically declined. Be extremely careful with this group, they will ring up a huge bill with a huge explanation before you can even decline the work you alread declined. Failed me on a state inspection then proceeded to replace my spark plugs and charge me $900. Tried to compromise with them to pay for the labor and not the parts, they said no and will offer $400 towards future work with them but they will not refund me any money. Frustration and anger do not need to be taken out on the customer, I expected to have a civilized conversation and I was met with hostility. Highly recommend going anywhere else. More
I’ve tried to give this dealership a chance time and time again, but I’ve had enough. I leave there feeling as though they don’t know what they’re doing. Between soft brakes to suspension degradation. Wha again, but I’ve had enough. I leave there feeling as though they don’t know what they’re doing. Between soft brakes to suspension degradation. What’s also bothersome is the feeling they were underhanded. I’ve never had a service dept charge me for ‘shop supplies’ - it’s always been factored into the cost. Last time I went there the service manager went out of his way, which is what brought me back. Based on this last visit it appears the ownership has changed his mindset to be more strict with charging incidentals, and more rigid. It’s time to move on. More
