nothing but positive experience I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership hassle free each time. Salesman was friendly and didn't play the usual games other dealerships play I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership hassle free each time. Salesman was friendly and didn't play the usual games other dealerships play. No pressure to buy from the salesman, they will help you get the car you want and will work with you. I didn't feel nickeled and dimed. I knew the value of the vehicle I was looking at and got a great deal on my trade in. I left a happy camper with the car I wanted. Just like the first time I purchased from them. I will definitely do business with them again. I can only speak from the sales side of the dealership. A+ More
Beware of major repair work. I have been going to this service department since I purchased the vehicle. Never had this much work done . Just your standard things, oil changes I have been going to this service department since I purchased the vehicle. Never had this much work done . Just your standard things, oil changes and brakes. My vehicle needed to have the heater doors replaced. Not an expensive part, but lots of labor hours. The whole dashboard needed to be replaced. I was worried about this. As once something is removed and placed back together it 's never like it was. My vehicle has 75000 miles. Perfect condition with proper maintenance . At the dealer's parking lot, all looked great. paid and off I was. As I was driving something was not okay. The steering wheel was wobbling left and right as if it was loose. Returned the vehicle. The Service Consultant. test drove it . Pulled it in to the garage and came back in saying that when they removed the dash board they did not remove the steering wheel. I explained that there was nothing wrong with the steering wheel when it was brought in. The technician tightened a part on the steering wheel . I was concerned what could of happened with the removal of the dash board. No one was saying much on this. I was told that the removal of the dash board might of aggravated the steering wheel a bit. They said if it happens again to come in and have a part replaced. I asked if I would have to pay for it and they said yes. I was also told the my vehicle has 75000 miles and things like this happen. So if I break something someone else will pay for it. I would of not been happy but would of liked if they had told me " by the way we might of aggravated the steering wheel a bit let us know if any problem appears. But no. Instead they said the vehicle has 75,000 miles what do I expect. Did not leave happy with them. More
I purchased a used 2010 Nissan Pathfinder from Port CIty Chrysler on 8/9. I did get a fair price on the Pathfinder, but the follow up and delivery was poor. After I signed the neccessary paper work and left Chrysler on 8/9. I did get a fair price on the Pathfinder, but the follow up and delivery was poor. After I signed the neccessary paper work and left with the car, I noticed that the car wasn't even detailed or filled with gas. I even made the comment to the sales person who completed the paperwork that since it was raining out side would they detail the car. He didn't even respond. I had to stop to get gas on the way home, while doing so I noticed that the gas cap cover would not close. No big deal, but I would think that a dealership would go over the vehicle before I took possession of it.There was also a cup holder that was missing from the rear center console. I asked the salesperson if they could order one for me. His response was no since I got such a great deal for the car. Right then I should known what to expect and not have done the deal.I called PCC and told them about the cas cap cover. i was told to bring the car in. Service had lubricated the gas cap door and said I was good to go. They also recleaned the car which probably was a just a vacuum. After I left , I can see the gas cap cover open again. I stopped by Port City Nissan , where they replaced some springs and corrected the problem at a charge of $52. Once I got home, my wife had commented how dirty the rugs were in the car. I just think when buying a car either new or used it should be spotless without and mechanical issues. There are some other issues regarding the ideling that I have noticed. I wish they took as much time on my paperwork as they did on the condition of the Pathfinder. More
I had been searching for a new mini van until I came across their website. I was very impressed, they had the best price out of all the other places I had looked (I had been searching for a while). The across their website. I was very impressed, they had the best price out of all the other places I had looked (I had been searching for a while). The salesman are very helpful, no bull ****, they asked the right questions and guided me through the whole process. They were able to find me the exact vehicle we wanted. After the salesman presented the vehicle and told us about the warranty I was already sold. My wife fell in love on the test drive. I had a set price, payment and number for my trade, they beat it. I asked how much they were going to screw me on fees, they had none. It was a great deal and my wife is happy so I'm happy. Not to mention they gave us 20 free oil changes and a full tank of gas! Advertised price on the vehicle I was interested in was very reasonable. The sales person was freindly enough. Trade-in offer was terrible. If you are buying without a trade, you might get a good deal. very reasonable. The sales person was freindly enough. Trade-in offer was terrible. If you are buying without a trade, you might get a good deal. They obviously make up the price of their vehicles by low-balling the trade in offer. More

Every vehicle has been perfect at del of my friends to purchase vehicles as well. The only problem I have ever had was a dead battery after 6 months. Every vehicle has been perfect at delivery. All of my friends have become repeat customers as well. I will be looking for a new vehicle and will make the folks at Port City my first and only stop. I have spoken with Frank on several occasions and he has been a complete gentleman. I am not a kid and was used to being abused when I buy a new car. These guys are the exception. More

I dropped off my pickup to Port City for some maintenance. After three days, NO ONE had called me to tell me what was wrong or how much it would cost. Then, when I called to find out, they told m maintenance. After three days, NO ONE had called me to tell me what was wrong or how much it would cost. Then, when I called to find out, they told me I was wrong and they had called me and left a message. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt... until... I went to pick up the truck and my battery was dead and the coolant system was completely empty. Their answer? ... "we called you and told you there were things wrong with your coolant and battery, but YOU declined the service". Again... that NEVER happened. Bottom line: They claim adequate communication in order to cover their own ass but refuse to actually take responsibility for dropping the ball. They have POOR customer service and completely disregard the maintenance customers. I will NEVER return to this dealership for any reason. Adam? More
Port City Chrysler Dodge sold us a "lemon" of a ca! My Port City Chrysler Dodge sold us a "lemon" of a ca! My fiance's car broke down unexpectedly, so we went to the place I got my car two years ago. We f Port City Chrysler Dodge sold us a "lemon" of a ca! My fiance's car broke down unexpectedly, so we went to the place I got my car two years ago. We found exactly the type of car he wanted and were told it was "ready to go" with a new inspection sticker and a fresh oil change. We bought the car together. The next day the check engine light came on. A trip to the mechanic showed the following from a simple inspection: -o2 sensor, the code which was pulled is "p2272 bank 2 stuck lean" (needs to be replaced) -The battery failed the load test (nearly dead and needs to be replaced) -Coolant tubes to oil filter will need replacement soon, coolant system lost pressure -Front rotors show old rust pits/rust (need to be replaced soon) -Rear rotors look rusty -Brake pads don't appear to have any grease on them or the slides -Serpentine belt is cracked (this is a "gray area" inspection fail, depending on the mechanic, and needs to be replaced) -Power steering fluid is low and brown (and possibly leaking) -T case fluid is low and dark -Rear dif fluid is dark -Transmission fluid is brown/smells (needs a flush or transmission may be ruined) -Flex pipe is coming apart, black trail from exhaust showing (possible exhaust leak, which is an inspection fail item) -Oil filter needs to be replaced soon (apparently that wasn't done with the oil change) In addition to these the left front brakes are wearing unevenly which means the calipers may be going. The mechanic estimated it would cost us $1,500 to $2,000 to do the repairs to the vehicle, and we just bought it! None of these problems were disclosed to us before the sale. My has spoken with the dealer, Doug Newton, and the service department several times since the sale. The Sales Manager, John Thompson was extremely rude and told Jay they would only fix the o2 censor and "top off the fluids". The only option he would give us is to either pay them $1,000 to fix everything else or trade the car in for a more expensive car! When my fiance repeatedly asked why these problems were not disclosed to him the Sales Manager would not answer the question. We have sent an email to the owner of the dealership, Frank Bryant, and failing any remedy we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and looking at small claims as an option. This is completely unacceptable and we don't want the vehicle anymore and want nothing more to do with this horrid dealership! More
