They are very nice and friendly. The sales person couldn't have been nicer to work with. But he had to keep going to someone for every paper, which took forever. They need to fix the process. We are still waiting for our second key and the title to the car. This process was never mentioned and maybe my fault for not asking. We paid for a toe hitch which never got installed. They had almost two weeks to install it but it never happened. Getting our money back on that. The car was very clean and the sales person was very helpful in going over how all the screens worked and setting up our phones. I can't say enough about the sales person. He was great. More
