Part backordered, no follow up, dirty waiting room, torn seat cushions, no soap bathroom, no drinking water, dog roaming without supervision, annoying people, Eating blocks kids play with. Had to call and follow up several times, wasn't notified of part arrival. Poor service and communication since Key took over. Gave my business for 25 years to former owners. Very disappointed. Job wasn't completed as tasked as charged, had to return immediately to finish up. More
