waited 12 days for service, then took 5 workdays for repair, heated seat, DEF gauge. was told short on mechanics. heated seats needed a new pad, def gauge needed to be cleaned at the muffler. didn't re repair, heated seat, DEF gauge. was told short on mechanics. heated seats needed a new pad, def gauge needed to be cleaned at the muffler. didn't receive evaluation completely until Wednesday dropped off Monday at 7 for the first appointment. you tied up my vehicle for 5 days. We recently bought a new van from here. We needed service on a different van that had a coolant leak. After $2000 in repairs the van still had a coolant leak. I understand things happen, bu We needed service on a different van that had a coolant leak. After $2000 in repairs the van still had a coolant leak. I understand things happen, but when we brought it back it sat for a week untouched. This is a fleet vehicle for our business so once we found out it was still sitting we picked it up. So after spending $2000 the issue was never resolved. Communication from service was poor. I would call and leave a message with no response back. Ended up having to go to another dealer. More
