The Staff is great. The techs seem to do good work. My issues with Key are administrative. Transparency and itemized labor hours and rate per hour would be nice. Also charging people a fee to use a credit card is incredibly tacky. Especially considering the size of the Key corporation. When you’ve spent over $4,000 at the dealership in the last few months it’s a slap in the face to the customer. Every business has to pay credit card fees, you aren’t unique. You also profit far more than an independent garage. If you don’t want to pay fees perhaps use incentives to pay with cash or check instead of a fee to pay with a card. Again, with the size and stature of Key dealerships, this is frankly pathetic and corny. More
