Erased, put my truck into a forced region that it didn’t need, said they could not diagnose the erratic level sensor in the DEF tank, even though there are multiple publications stating that this sensor fails. It’s an argument every-time to get what I paid for, they always have an excuse why they can’t complete a job and they will drag out even simple jobs. They said they would call me to re schedule when internet was back and never did. I called 48 hours later to make another appointment. The work done by the mechanic was wonderful, no complaints. I had an extremely good buying experience with this dealership, but will never return for anything because of the service department’s customer service. More
