I worked with Brian locating my new car. I am a little disappointed in the fact that I called to make an appointment because check engine lights that came on. The light went off prior to bringing the vehicle in. I was told that they could still p make an appointment because check engine lights that came on. The light went off prior to bringing the vehicle in. I was told that they could still pull the codes to diagnose the problem. After they performed the service, I was told that until the check engine light was on and they could pull the codes with the light on, they cannot diagnose the problem. I asked if I would have to pay again for the computer diagnose and they said yes. If I had known that the light HAD to be on, then I would not have brought in the vehicle in. I would have waited and saved $90. Disappointed! More

After extensive searching on the internet for the vehicle we have been in the market for we finally found what We wanted "2012 Jeep JK 2 door 4x4 Deep Chery Red Crystal Pearl Coat, (we continually get comments on the color). I have been wanting to purchase from Poulin Auto Coutry mainly to get away from the larger dealerships low and behold they had the Jeep we Wanted. Sean Duffy (great perspnality0 sold the Jeep to us, got what I wanted for my 2002 Jeep TJ trade-in, and it all worked out. This was our 1st service, I called made the appointment showed up 15 min early, I brought a book to read expecting to have to have waited much longer like we have in the past and I was out of there in no time at all, didn't even have time to really get into the book. Scott Dulac came to get me in the waiting room i signed the service paper and he gave me the coupon for the next 3 services. great experience/s all around. sincerly, William & Denise Hanson p.s. This was my first time at poulin, and I was extremely impressed. I needed an oil change and tire rotation along with the back window hatch not working and the easy exit seat not working. Mind you, this is a brand new jeep liberty I bought in February at another dealership that was less than impressive, and that was my reason for seeking a new dealership to service my vehicle. Not only did they do the maintenance I had asked for but did a basic all over inspection- checking fluid levels, tire treads etc. I thought that was awesome! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even giving a call when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Two thumbs up for sure! More
