I have purchased 3 Jeeps at Poulins and have always been happy with the ppl and quality of work, however I wish you would consider going back to washing and vaccuming the vehicles when they are serviced. Problem was not resolved. I brought the vehicle in last year for the exact same problem. In both cases, the problem is reported to be "fixed" by doing some minor testing and checking, however it returns a year for the exact same problem. It occurred again this time the day after I got the vehicle back from Poulin. I believe that Poulin Service is not investing the time to understand the problem and if they cannot repeat or observe it with limited obeservation, then they basically do nothing. When I bought the vehicle at Poulin, they did not deliver what I ordered. I have been a Chevy owner since 1979, but I doubt that I will buy one again because of my experience with Poulin. Poulin Auto Country service is efficient, reasonably priced, friendly staff, the work is simply done right. In 5 years I have had to bring the car in once for the same repair.
