laurous, Thank you for your review and for purchasing 3 different vehicles from us in the past. We do continue to wash serviced vehicles here. As you note, we have always done so in the past and still do. We are not sure why your vehicle was not washed this particular time, however, our Service Manager Scot invites you to bring your vehicle in and let him know that it was not washed the last time it was serviced, we would be happy to wash it for you.

UPDATE: Mr. XXXXX, Scot XXXX, our Service Manager, brought your concern to my attention. I reviewed the supporting history, correspondence, and spoke with the technician which most recently looked at your vehicle. I have also attached copies of the 2 repair orders. The original repair order dated 6/26/12 indicates no problem was found with the air conditioning system and hence, no repair done to the system. I spoke with the technician regarding the second repair order dated 5/31/13. He told me that the Air Conditioning was working as designed. He did refer to a technical bulletin which directed him to check for poor terminal connection which could cause the plenum doors from directing air correctly which could have been the cause of your symptoms (the plenums are motorized). He tested those connections and they tested good. He then re-calibrated the doors to make sure they were in sync. There was no repair done because the issue could not be reproduced. He did annotate on the repair order that if the condition occurs again, he suspected a faulty control head (which would cost $380 parts and labor). In my opinion, we have done our best. We are not in the habit of replacing parts and hoping it fixes the symptom which some places may have done. This would not have been in your best interest. You have stated very strongly with your disappointment of our not meeting your expectations. That being said, I appologize for not meeting them. Sincerely, Brian Poulin

I responded to Poulin’s second reply, and that mysteriously disappeared from this site, so I am re-writing it. I find it interesting that Poulin is spending more time in trying to clear up their image on this dealer rating website than they put into understanding the problem fixing my truck. I think that says a lot about their attitude and business posture. I could understand if this happened once, but they had two shots at the exact same problem and basically did nothing. I think clearly they dropped the ball and now are trying to put a positive spin on their effort.
