I’m very unhappy with the 3% charge for credit card use! When Key can sponsor the ice rink at UNH and charge 3% for cc use to loyal customers is not good business and bad for customer relations. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle, when I got it started, I discovered that the entire display console/radio wasn’t even turning on. Three weeks later, when I went to pick the vehicle up, I disc it started, I discovered that the entire display console/radio wasn’t even turning on. Three weeks later, when I went to pick the vehicle up, I discovered that I am still randomly getting airbag system, warnings, and my oil change is due. For having my vehicle about a month, they never even mentioned either of those things. So now I need to take it somewhere to get those things taken care of, including the airbag recall. I will be doing that somewhere else. More
The experience started well. Ended poorly. My vehicle was on the loot for two months waiting on parts. The original service person left and the file was such a mess, that no Ended poorly. The part had 'no expected date'. After several weeks I got the part number and found one online. When I called service to advise them, it was found the part had arrived and was being held in the parts department. When we picked up the Jeep it had 1/2" water in the driver's compartment. It had not rained since work was done. It was later determined that water was present when staff worked on it, but nobody reported it or addressed it. It was checked for leaks and the parts were ordered. We took the Jeep home and have never had any issues with leaks, suggesting a window was left open or door ajar. It took five requests via email, phone call, and in-person to finally receive the invoice we paid. There was little to no detail of the work done. In the end, the service was poor. Work substandard. Not sure if we were ever given a truthful response. More
