Brought a Dodge 1500 with diesel into a dealer down in Danvers mass named Herb Chambers. They sat on it for four weeks didn’t do a thing. Tried to get a Tried to get an appointment for a couple months to get my oil changed and tires rotated, but was unsuccessful with getting a call back or an answer in the service department. Finally was able to get in touch with the service dept for an ongoing issue since I bought my jeep new. Been having issues with alarms spontaneously setting off for over eight months finally received a recall notice from FCA two weeks prior to me getting the appointment- Which explains why the alarms kept going off spontaneously. Brought my vehicle in several times in the past to try to rectify the situation, but no one had a clue had to fix it. At this point after the visit the alarms for the airbag are working except for the parking break and stop/start alarm comes on spontaneously. They still don’t know what to do to fix it. Drop my car off at 10 AM and wasn’t able to pick it up until 5 PM not at all what I thought was going to happen. While I was waiting in the room for several hours, they touched base with me once about looking at my stop and start function, but after that one mention, nobody said a peep for hours. I ended up going home thankfully and Had to call to get an update around 4 PM. Luckily, one of the service writers Were there and updated me that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car till five. Thought I would be out of there by noon, but no one updated me about the lengthy visit. I guess communication is key and very important but it didn’t feel that way. I just hope my Jeep doesn’t have anymore major issues. More
