I can easily say that today will be our last day using your dealership. We brought in our 2022 Ram lease with 17,000 miles on it for three reasons today. An oil change, an alignment, and to check why the check engine light was on. Ewen was FANTASTIC as always. Kevin however was absolutely unprofessional rude and the main reason we will never return and we will be sure to tell people to avoid your service department. Earlier in the day, when speaking with Ewen on the phone, I could hear Kevin in the background being absolutely rude and unprofessional towards my phone call and my very simple questions. It was so bad that I reached out to my other half and told him that he can call the dealership because I’m not dealing with someone like Kevin being so unprofessional and rude in the background, while I’m trying to have a conversation with Ewen. Not only did the technician Chris do the 1st alignment incorrectly he then had to do a 2nd alignment because after a test drive and returning to the garage and putting the truck back on a lift, the 1st alignment didn’t work. So because your technician doesn’t know how to do his job we were forced, by Kevin to pay, for two alignments. We were also told that our tires were “junk“ and needed to be replaced yet they’re under warranty because the vehicle only has 17,000 miles on it. But Kevin refused to do that. So not only did you rip us off by charging us for TWO alignments because your technician doesn’t know how to do his job, but your service manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. You lost two customers today because of Kevin. More
