Great service and even took extra steps to remove minor paint that had gotten on the side of my Jeep. This was so appreciated!!! Chris went above and beyond to make sure my Jeep not only was safe and ready to go but also let me know there was some paint that had gotten on the lower side and rubbed it off. I was very grateful as I would not know how to take care of this. The staff kept me updated on progress and very pleasant and friendly with everyone coming and going. Was under the impression that I had an appointment first thing in the morning so I could have my issue taken care of and go about my day. Upon arriving I was asked if I was dropping the vehicle off. I was very rudely told “you might be waiting awhile”. I was then asked if I was there for any other services which I replied “no”. Like I was hiding something. A gentleman standing off in the corner then spoke up and said I think you are here to see me as well. Turns out he’s the paint touch up guy. Good thing he was there or I may have been wondering what the service advisor was asking about all day. I had no idea the paint guy was coming that day. I just purchased a vehicle from you and had a minor problem, that quite frankly I had a pretty good idea what was wrong with it and could have easily fixed it myself. However based on principle I took it back as it clearly was never noticed through the recon and prep/delivery process. I can only imagine if simple door switches weren’t checked for proper operation what else was missed during the inspection and prep. I understand that people have bad days. When you deal with the public and a customer you need to put it aside. I will NEVER be using Key for any services again. More
