Extremely poor customer service! Refurbished radio on order for over 7 months. Phone calls not returned when inquiring on status updates. Appointment cancelled on my arrival because “ internet was down all day”. No one called to inform me, so a 1 hour round trip drive was unnecessarily made. They said they would call me to re schedule when internet was back and never did. I called 48 hours later to make another appointment. The work done by the mechanic was wonderful, no complaints. I had an extremely good buying experience with this dealership, but will never return for anything because of the service department’s customer service. More

My only complaint is that it took over an hour and a half to get the car cleaned and brought out for us. That's a lot longer than I've experienced before at other dealerships. But overall it was a good experience. I would recommend them. More
