I visited the dealership to inquire about a used vehicle since I travel daily for work. The salesman (john) was very friendly and what seemed accommodating at the time. I test drove the vehicle and informed since I travel daily for work. The salesman (john) was very friendly and what seemed accommodating at the time. I test drove the vehicle and informed him I liked it and would fill out the credit application to be submitted the following day. I explained that my credit is less than stellar and wanted to give it a shot anyway. I further explained that If it could not be financed, I would pay cash for the vehicle. The following day I submitted the application and received notification of receipt. I have not received a single email or phone call from anyone at the dealership (including John who said he would call the following day) regarding anything about the application or car. Cheers to you Poulin for living up to the stereotypical dealer mentality of driving sales without even registering on the scale of customer service. My only assumption is the financing could not be achieved and they became less than interested in selling the vehicle. I highly doubt that it was sold the day after I looked at it or the following four days of not hearing back since it had allegedly been sitting on the lot for a year. You're lack of simple follow-up, a staple in the foundation of any sales profession, lost you the sale since I subsequently will be purchasing a vehicle in cash elsewhere. More

Service was excellent overall. I typically have brought my car into the Nissan dealership in Somersworth since the car was an Infiniti. After numerous customer service issues I decided to try Poulin Jeep since that is where we purchased my fiancé's Jeep and where we have it serviced. The individual at the counter was extremely nice, and the repair was done timely and I was immediately contacted upon completion. My only issue is that I was never asked regarding the type of oil that is typically used in my vehicle so I assumed (being a car dealer) that they would know. Upon looking at previous receipts from Nissan and comparing it to the one from yesterday I notice a difference. At Nissan they used a 5W30S Synthetic and on my receipt from yesterday it shows that Bulk 5W20 was used in my car. Is this a problem?? More

I am a difficult consumer and the type which a sales person either loves, or hates! The reason for this being that I am very detailed oriented and look for lengthy explanations and technical informatio person either loves, or hates! Many sales people either don't have the info, are too busy to get it, or are just not interested because they deem the customer to be too difficult. Not so with Mr. Poulis. He, and the entire sales team at Poulin went out of their way to provide me with everything I needed to make a decision resulting in a new car lease. I thank them and would recommend them highly. I always dread going to buy a new car or Jeep. The experience was very good as there was no pressure and the sales person very knowledgable about Jeep.
