My wife and I just purchased a used vehicle from these guys and it was painless. There were no "let me check with my manager" games or anything you typically find at most dealerships. It’s an argument every-time to get what I paid for, they always have an excuse why they can’t complete a job and they will drag out even simple jobs. They said they would call me to re schedule when internet was back and never did. I called 48 hours later to make another appointment. The work done by the mechanic was wonderful, no complaints. I had an extremely good buying experience with this dealership, but will never return for anything because of the service department’s customer service. More

My only complaint is that it took over an hour and a half to get the car cleaned and brought out for us. That's a lot longer than I've experienced before at other dealerships. But overall it was a good experience. I would recommend them. More
