Mechanic obviously was not trained regarding upgrade installation of USB to navigation system. Entire radio and control unit corrupted on attempted installation. The dealership experience was fine. The paperwork they gave me was incomplete, and I could not register the car. This meant time spent wasted in line at my town office only to be denied The paperwork they gave me was incomplete, and I could not register the car. I had to call again, and got the manager who finally remedied the situation, but had to take time off in order to register the car. Lesson learned: check your paperwork! More

Dealership said there was a flex pipe leak, had to take vacation time to schedule a visit at an exhaust place…manager there showed me under the lifted car, zero leak, waste of time.
