It toke me 3 weeks with phone calls and texts to have a spare key sent to me, and I am still waiting for info on my warranty. Had 5 oil changes with 5 tire rotations with no problems. Had power steps installed by them and they are great. Had an ESS battery issue which they fixed under warranty. All Good service. I would like to thank the team at Key of Rochester N. H for providing us not only with selling us the best deal on purchasing our Jeep limited, but also being their for us when we had a serious interior l H for providing us not only with selling us the best deal on purchasing our Jeep limited, but also being their for us when we had a serious interior leak problem. We brought our Jeep to our local Jeep dealer because they were closer and they could not fix the problem. Key of Rochester found and fixed the leak and are also providing us with new interior carpeting. I regret not bringing our Jeep there in the first place when we had a problem.
