There were a lot of factors with this evaluation. There was a person who worked there who was on her last day. This made it difficult for the technician to complete his job. I'm impressed with a lot that key Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram of Rochester has to offer. I expected and still expect that when my Jeep goes into their shop that they maintain high level of professional repair work. We will see going forward More

Rusty bolts on a 2015 Ram 3500 on both exhaust manifolds has to hard to get off without snapping them. The service department at Key GMC of Rochester did an absolute wonderful job. I cannot say much on getting Mopar parts, because they are very hard to get. If you need something fast, forget it! Fortunately in my situation, that has not been something that kept me from driving. The wait for specific parts can take up to a month and a half. This has happened to me twice. Plan ahead when they tell you something is going to fail. More
