Im very unhappy. I was without my vehicle for more than 2months. Paid 1600+ for fix. Didnt drive vehicle 5miles when engine light came on. Brought vehicle back a I was without my vehicle for more than 2months. Paid 1600+ for fix. Didnt drive vehicle 5miles when engine light came on. Brought vehicle back and i was told I would have to pay for 2hours of time to diagnose issue. This cost over $700. I was told to fix head gasket it would be $6900.00. Your service girl said this was a very common problem in jeeps, that it happens all the time. Probably, nit what you want your service girl saying! I said I wanted second opinion. I took to another garage and they replaced 2 spark plugs and did a compression tests and found no other issues. I feel taken advantage of. Also the two months you had jeep, there was no communication. We would call and never get a date as to when it would be fixed. More
