The woman in service was amazing. Unfortunately the day the car was actually being worked on she wasn't who I worked with while the car was being serviced. I was told from another dea Unfortunately the day the car was actually being worked on she wasn't who I worked with while the car was being serviced. I was told from another dealership that I need my auxiliary battery replaced. I asked for them to do that while doing the other work. Rather than telling me I don't have an auxiliary battery they decided to replace my primary battery which was almost brand new. I would not have caught this if I didn't request the core back as my receipt even said auxiliary battery. They did resolve the issue. More
