The dealership did an inspection on my truck, failed it for a chip in windshield, I paid the inspection fee and was told to get the chip fixed, bring truck back and they would put sticker on. My husband drive truck 30 minutes to have sticker placed and was told by the service woman with longgg nails that she couldn’t do that. When asked why, she responded: ‘ we are very busy and getting ready to move. You have no appt. My tech is at lunch. My husband asked for manager. ‘ he’s at lunch too.’ My husband said, you have already inspected the vehicle and I have the paperwork that you gave my wife and told her to bring back, and u would out sticker on.’ She was never told you were moving or that she had to make another appt for a sticker. Then the service girl said, well we r moving out of state! Which meant my inspection would be null and void. They took my $50.00 knowing they were moving and did not inform of disclose this pertinent information to me. My husband went back 2 hours later and said stoked the service girl that he was not leaving until a sticker was placed in the vehicle. This girl was rude, disrespectful and didn’t give a xxxx about customer service. This dealership doesn’t represent the Jeep community or company at all. More
Your dealership has no staff. Multiple times your customer service representative at the front desk would have to go back in the shop to get an answer to my questions. I needed a replacement tire and never received a call if the tire came in. I ordered the tire myself and will go to another shop to get it installed. When I picked up my truck after getting my 10000 mile service completed I had to ask about if the recall was done. I am disappointed with the service because I bought the truck at this dealership.
