My experience this week with Key has been unnecessary, discourteous, unprofessional and with complete incompetence. Appt. scheduled for 10:15am, truck there by 9:30. No call all day. I called several times, kept getting vm. Went there at 4pm and truck not done, needed a broken caliper replaced and pads. I asked why I was not called to ok the repair and got nothing but excuses and adamantly asked to leave the veh for another day to complete repairs. Now we are into next day 3pm and still no call. I called and service manager did not know the status, had to call me back. 1 1/4 hrs later I had to call back, and was told still not done, same excuses, but could pick it up Sat. What? Service isn't open on Sat. and who is going to answer my questions? no one! I called Sat. "status unknown". Pickup on Monday. Overbooking? You bet! And I'm not the first. You have a big problem that needs fixing. I want a mechanic to start and finish the job on my vehicle, not bounce around from one veh to another. I would very much like to personally speak with Dan Lagrange when I come in on Monday Feb 3. I also want a full breakdown of Parts, Labor and cost of Everything. ...Dianne More

Went out of their way to make me a customer I always try to support my local dealerships here in Lebanon, every time I buy a car and I start by saying I want to buy locally but am not willing to I always try to support my local dealerships here in Lebanon, every time I buy a car and I start by saying I want to buy locally but am not willing to take a bad deal, I went to my local Ford, GMC and RAM Locally, in the case of GM local is in Vermont. They all told me they would give me a deal as competitive as anywhere else. but, with the exception of Key Auto Chrysler Dodge of Lebanon they tried try to rip me off. Of course this can be all subjective if you don't compare apples to apples which I do, I get quotes both locally and travel so, that I know what the deals are as well as what my trade in is really worth. Only Key auto was competitive, in fact the others offers were bottom line 3-4 thousand what over what I could do if I traveled from Lebanon. Back to Key auto, at first there was a snafu, there where incentives ending which equaled 3000 dollars I was going to lose because I had gotten lost in the shuffle of a busy weekend. Mistakes happen what I care about is what is done to rectify the mistake. The sales manger Dan listened to me and saw that I had made several attempts to meet the end of month incentive deadlines and honored the prior month deadlines. He then hooked me up with Chris, Chris was great! All and all minus, the snafu, I found the sales staff to be incredibly friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Unlike the other local dealerships he also gave me a very competitive trade in on my truck which I really appreciated after the ridiculous offers I received from the other local dealerships. I am a very satisfied customer in the end and have a brand new RAM. Thanks More
